Please select the items in the size and colour you require and add them to your shopping basket. Once you are ready to checkout click on the shopping basket and follow the simple steps to place your order. 

We do advise you act quickly on your favourite items, as some of our popular products will run out very quickly. Most styles are limited but please email us at help@luxe-element.com and we will be able to tell you if its coming back into stock. Our styles are always being updated so please check the New Arrivals section.

We accept Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Delta, Switch, solo, and Paypal.

Shipping rates will depend on which service you require. The following options are available:

• UK Standard delivery 3-10 working days (Monday-Friday excluding bank holidays) £3.99 

• UK Express delivery 1-2 working days (Monday-Friday excluding bank holidays) £6.00. Orders placed after 3pm will be shipped the next working day.

For International shipping rates, please change your destination country at checkout.

International orders may be subject to customs or import duties once it reaches the destination country. Luxe Element Limited is not liable for payment of these charges and they must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. Unfortunately, as these charges vary from country to country, we cannot advise you at checkout what these charges may be. We advise you to contact your local customs office before placing your order for an estimate.

Once you have placed an order you will receive an email informing you of your purchase, as soon as your order has been approved and dispatched you will receive a final email letting you know that your goods are on its way.

For UK Customers, please log your return on our returns portal. Once your return has been approved you will be able to create a returns label.

Please include your returns slip with your name and order number within the parcel. We advise you to send your return using a tracked service.

Luxe Element Limited will not accept responsibility for any parcels not received if sent untracked. Please retain your proof of postage. Once we have received your return, we will send you an email confirmation. 

When signing in you will see an option asking if “you have forgotten your password”. We will email a temporarily password within 24hours.
