Black Friday 2024 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the Black Friday 2024 promotion ("Promotion") offered by Luxe Element Limited. By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional terms and conditions on the Vesper website at https://vesper.co.uk/. In the event of a conflict, these Terms will take precedence.

Promotion Period

1. The Promotion is valid from 28th November 2024 to 2nd December 2024. Luxe Element Limited reserves the right to extend or cancel the Promotion at any time without prior notice. Discounts and offers cannot be applied retroactively to earlier orders or refunded for later orders.  Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discount codes or gift cards.

Eligibility

1. The Promotion is subject to stock availability and is valid while stocks last. Luxe Element Limited reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Promotion without notice if stock is depleted.
2. Luxe Element Limited reserves the right to refuse to award a discount or disqualify a participant if there are reasonable grounds to believe the individual is not eligible, has acted in breach of these Terms, or engaged in unruly behaviour.

Order Management

1. Once an order is placed and checkout is complete, we cannot make changes to the order. This includes size changes, item additions, or any other modifications. If you wish to make changes, you will need to place a new order.
2. Orders will be shipped to the delivery address entered at the time of checkout. Changes to delivery addresses cannot be guaranteed. However, if you contact us within 15 minutes of placing your order, we may attempt to update the delivery address. Luxe Element Limited does not guarantee that updates can be made, as orders may already be processed.

Amendments and Cancellations

1. Luxe Element Limited reserves the right to amend or cancel the Promotion, or modify these Terms without prior notice, in the event of an actual or anticipated breach of applicable laws, technical failures, or any circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Shipping Timeframes

1. Due to the high volume of orders and increased pressure on couriers during the Black Friday peak period, shipping timeframes may not be guaranteed. Luxe Element Limited will make every effort to process and dispatch your order promptly; however, we are not liable for any delays caused by couriers once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse. 

 

Returns

8. Returns received into our warehouse during the peak Black Friday period may take longer to process. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a refund confirmation email. If you have not received your refund within 10 working days of the return being received, please get in touch with our customer service team.
9. All items purchased during the Black Friday sale are subject to our standard returns policy:

• UK Customers: You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return items.
• International Customers: You have 28 days from the date of receipt to return items.

Please ensure all returns meet the conditions outlined in our returns policy on the Vesper website.

General Terms

10. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to comply with these Terms and any general terms and conditions found on the Vesper website https://vesper.co.uk/
11. Luxe Element Limited is not responsible for any errors or omissions in relation to the Promotion, including technical malfunctions or stock discrepancies.

Legal Jurisdiction

12. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Additional Notes

13. Participation in the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms as final and binding.
14. Luxe Element Limited reserves the right to review and withdraw the Promotion at its sole discretion and without notice.
15. Discounts are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash alternative.
