Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items in an unused and saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. For international returns, items must be returned within 28 days of receipt.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund and notify you by email. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or an incorrect item was supplied.
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned unworn, unused, and in a fully saleable condition
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
- Underwear can only be returned if the hygiene sticker remains fully attached
- Items returned without the “Non-Returnable if Removed” tag will not be refunded
Please ensure your return includes the returns slip with your name and order number. Returns received without identifying information may experience delays.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items returned outside the terms of this policy.
UK Returns
All UK returns must be logged via the returns portal to be eligible for a refund.
Once approved, you will be able to generate a returns label.

A £1.95 return fee will be deducted from all UK refunds.
Please retain your proof of postage until your refund has been completed. Refunds will not be issued without valid proof of postage.
International Returns
International return shipping must be arranged and paid for by the customer using a tracked service. We are unable to provide prepaid labels or subsidise international return costs.

Please include your returns slip with your name and order number inside the parcel.
Luxe Element Limited cannot accept responsibility for international parcels sent without tracking. Refunds will not be issued without proof of postage. The customer is responsible for ensuring the return parcel reaches our warehouse safely.
Once your return has been received and processed, you will receive an email confirmation.
Faulty Items
Items are considered faulty if they arrive damaged or develop a manufacturing fault within six months of purchase.
Damage caused by wear and tear or failure to follow care instructions is not considered a fault.
Where possible, we will offer a repair or replacement for faulty items. Replacements are subject to availability and must be for the same item and size. A full refund will be issued only if a repair or replacement is not possible.
If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact our customer services team as soon as possible.
